Terms and conditions

Operator details pending — this platform is available for acquisition.

The text below describes what the product actually does. The parts highlighted like this are facts that belong to the entity operating the service — registered name, address, VAT number, support address — and are deliberately left empty: they are the acquirer’s to fill in. Boxes marked «To be confirmed» flag legal choices that should be reviewed with a professional in the operator’s own jurisdiction. Until then this page stays out of search engines.

Who is selling

Kiroku is operated by [registered name of the operating entity], with its registered office at [registered address]. For support: [support email address].

These conditions govern the sale of photo books through the site kiroku.it and the application app.kiroku.it. By accepting them at the time of purchase you enter into a contract with the operator.

To be confirmedThe platform is currently offered for acquisition and payments run in test mode: no real order can be placed. Before selling to real customers, the operating entity must register the business, obtain a VAT number where applicable, and complete the filings its jurisdiction requires for distance selling.

How an order is completed

Creating and composing the draft of the book is free: you can upload photos, see the preview and edit it with no commitment. The contract is concluded only when you complete the payment.

Straight afterwards we send a confirmation email with the order summary and its code. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check the order status in the app or write to us.

Prices and payments

The price is €29.90 per book, for a photo book of 24 to 180 pages. Shipping is included: no extra costs appear at checkout. Each additional copy of the same book costs €14.90.

Payments are handled securely by Stripe. Card details never pass through our systems.

To be confirmedTax treatment to be defined by the operating entity: the displayed price carries no VAT breakdown until a tax position exists and a regime is chosen. The rate applicable to printed photo books differs by country and should be confirmed with an accountant.

Production and delivery times

After payment we prepare the files and send them to the print lab. Production takes about 4 working days, plus shipping by tracked courier.

The times shown are estimates and may vary in busier periods. You receive the tracking code as soon as the book leaves.

To be confirmedThe overall delivery window still has to be stated definitively (e.g. «within N working days»), agreed with the lab and the courier.

Right of withdrawal

The photo book is a good that is made to your specifications and clearly personalised: you compose it with your own photographs and it is printed specifically for you. For this reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (art. 16(c)) and the national law implementing it, the right of withdrawal does not apply once production has started.

You can review and change the draft freely before paying: the order only starts with your confirmation. This does not affect your rights in the case of a defective or non-conforming product (see below).

To be confirmedExcluding withdrawal for a personalised good is the recommended route, but it is a choice to confirm with a professional in the operator’s jurisdiction, and it must be presented clearly and accepted before purchase.

Printing defects and refunds

If your book cannot be produced (for example the photos do not reach the minimum print quality), we do not send it to production and the amount is refunded automatically.

If instead the book arrives defective or damaged, report it to [support email address] within 14 days of delivery, attaching a few photos: we arrange a reprint or a refund, at no cost to you.

Uploaded content

By uploading photographs you warrant that you have the right to use and print them, and that they infringe neither third-party rights nor the law.

Uploading unlawful or offensive content, or content portraying people without their consent where consent is required, is not permitted. You remain solely responsible for what you upload; we process the images only to produce your book, as explained in the Privacy page.

Governing law and jurisdiction

The contract is governed by the law of [jurisdiction of the operating entity]. For any dispute with a consumer, the courts of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile have jurisdiction where mandatory consumer-protection rules so provide.

To be confirmedGoverning law and forum follow the operator’s place of establishment and the countries it sells into. To be settled with a professional together with the registration of the business.
